COVID - 19. With homeworking becoming normal, our PMQA system has enabled senior officers to easily manage staff from afar. The system was originally developed back in 2005 with home working in mind and our customers are now taking full advantage of the information easily available to them to maintain good service levels.

Elevate East London in partnership with the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham have chosen RB Performance Limited to provide their Performance Management Solution for Revenues & Benefits. We are pleased to work in partnership with Elevate East London and after a swift implementation the system went live in July 2017. We are pleased to be utilising our interfaces to the Academy and Northgate Information@Work systems to provide Performance Management information. In addition the teams at Elevate East London have been very creative and used the systems wide ranging functionality to record performance data from many various sources and this has created a vast library of comprehensive Performance Management information.

June 2015

The London Borough of Waltham Forest has chosen RB Performance Limited to provide their Performance Management Solution. We are pleased to work in partnership with LB Waltham Forest and after a swift implementation the system went live in July 2015. We are pleased to be utilising our interfaces to the Academy and Civica W2 systems to provide comprehensive Performance Management information.

Avarto Pubic Sector Services (East Riding of Yorkshire Council) has acquired the PMQA system for operation within their Assessments and Payments Service. The system is also being utilised within the Revenues and Benefits service by Avarto in East Riding.

RB Performance has won a contract to provide archiving services to East Durham Homes.

The Anglia Revenues Partnership, which comprises Forest Heath District Council, Breckland Council, East Cambridgeshire District Council and Bury St Edmunsbury District Council, has acquired PMQA for use in the Revenues and Benefits Service.

The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames has acquired the PMQA software for use in the Revenues and Benefits Service.

RB Performance has won a contract to provide archiving services to the London Borough of Barnet.

New Board Director joins RB Performance

Pat Doherty has joined the Board of RB Performance as Director of Business Development and will bring with him his extensive experience of local government finance, financial management, resource management, local taxation and benefits having worked in local government in the UK for over 40 years. He is a Chartered Public Finance Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation Council and was President in 1996/97.

Pat has served on many working parties on local government finance, property taxation and benefits and has acted as a technical adviser to a number of Government Departments and the Local Government Association.

He has undertaken project management, advisory and consultancy assignments in the UK and in over 19 countries including China, Montenegro, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Northern Ireland, Syria, Lebanon and Pakistan.

Pat is an experienced speaker and has presented papers to conferences in a number of countries including the UK, France, Hungary, Canada, Spain, USA, Italy, Estonia and Lithuania. He has undertaken training courses for a large number of organisations in the public and private sectors and is a regular contributor to professional journals and is author of a number of books and publications on local taxation and benefits.
